Capability and Experience
An important factor has always been the capability and experience of the company’s most important asset, the staff. This can be demonstrated by the years of experience gained over varying projects, which is further enhanced by the list of clients and the projects which can be found in the following pages.
Our in house design facilities enable engineers to design energy efficient installations using the most up to date software, thereby producing the necessary detailed drawings and accompanying specifications for today’s complex building engineering services.
Thermal Modeling
Our proven track record in thermal modeling, using IES Virtual Environment software, allows building simulations to be carried out to determine not only the optimum solution for the services, but also the impact the structure and the built environment will have on the occupants, whilst ensuring the optimum energy efficiency of the building.

Various listed and historic buildings ranging from office refurbishments in New Square, Stone Buildings, both 19th century, to upgrading of The Old Hall, parts of which date from late 15th century.

NW2 Participation Building, Ipswich
Art & Culture
Winner of the RIBA East Award for best use of Arts & Culture. This striking building provided a multi-functional public space, associated with the adjacent theatre. The project comprised this new build along with refurbishment of the theatre entrance.
