Various listed and historic buildings ranging from office refurbishments in New Square, Stone Buildings, both 19th century, to upgrading of The Old Hall, parts of which date from late 15th century.

NW2 Participation Building, Ipswich
Art & Culture
Winner of the RIBA East Award for best use of Arts & Culture. This striking building provided a multi-functional public space, associated with the adjacent theatre. The project comprised this new build along with refurbishment of the theatre entrance.

80 cover Turkish restaurant in multi occupancy building, located on Leicester Square beneath the Casino. New MEP throughout including new kitchen services and specialist ventilation.

Residential200 Unit residential building close to Harrods. Refurbishment of high end residential units, including combining two smaller apartments into one larger residence.

Residential65-unit housing development comprising shared ownership, affordable and private sale. Single and multiple bed flats and houses over seven storey’s and multiple buildings. Retail units at ground level.
Fremantle, London W1
Muti Occupancy Office BuildingRefurbishment of 6800m² of office accommodation including 3rd floor main atrium/reception. New lighting and refurbishment of existing VAV system. All carried out in an occupied building on a floor-by-floor basis.
Global Switch, London E14
CommercialData Centre split over two buildings, London North and East. New data hall cooling to a data suite in London North and a separate project to replace central plant serving London East.
Cannon Green, London
Commercial10,700 mixed use building comprising office, gym, retail and rooftop bar. The site houses two high rise towers and was extended with additional storeys. Floors are a mixture of open plan and meeting rooms served by a café and double height entrance.
City of London Police Station
InstitutionalFour storey building used solely by City of London Police. Phased refurbishment of all MEP to office and back of house accommodation carried out whilst building remained in use.
